Now that I’m around 63kg my target goal of 60kg is rapidly coming nearer. But I still haven’t gotten my ratio under control, I’m losing lean body mass and fat at the same rate (I’ve now lost 3.33kg of fat in the past two and a half months). I’m sorely tempted to adjust my target goal to 56.66kg, my minimum healthy weight according to my BMI, which would put me at about 7kg of fat-loss… No, I’m not quite there yet.
