Amazing use of animatronics:
The new puppet heads for the actors at the Dream Along With Mickey show are fitted with robotic parts that allow the heads to move in sync with the voice samples playing in the background. When I was a kid the heads didn’t move at all, not even any fake mouth movement, now they actually speak (via).
